It's ABOUT TIME, CNN...and Tea Parties

FINALLY! CNN is getting a taste of its own bile. World Net Daily reported yesterday that the FCC has been flooded with complaints about the vile manner in which news readers Anderson Cooper, David Shuster, whose vile statement about Chelsea being "pimped out" to campaign for her mother last year elicited public outrage, and David Gergen referred to Americans at the massive Tea Party rallies across the nation on April 15. Anyone who missed it can click on the World Net Daily link above, but be forewarned--it is truly nasty, sophomoric and insulting to the sensibilities of everyone save the perpetrators. I would urge EVERYONE to go to the FCC site and lodge a complaint against CNN, Cooper, Gergen and Shuster. The more complaints registered, the better the public can register its distaste for these shamefully immature, biased and uninformed individuals who have no business invading our homes through the airwaves. CNN and MSNBC are notorious for their low journalistic standards, poor quality reporting and extreme bias. Allowing these individuals, and people like them, to retain their jobs is an affront to every American.

From Pat Dollard, I learned late last night that John Ziegler, my guest on last Monday's "The Dame Truth" was arrested for...are you ready for this...?

...HIS crime? Daring to interview USC journalism students about Katie Couric’s journalistic practices. Dare I note that I am shocked? Or shall I simply accept the fact that we have lost our First Amendment rights of freedom of expression, that is, of course, unless one is a member of the Corporate or Government Elite, such as Messrs. [no pun intended there] Immelt, Zucker, or Obama, a member of Congress, a DHS official or a main stream media newsreader, who are all allowed to libel and slander our troops, characterizing them as what amounts to crazed, violent homicidal maniacs waiting to blow up their own country. THEY have freedom of expression; WE do not. John Ziegler interviews students about the mindless Katie's [yellow] journalism, for which she won an award; Anderson Cooper makes a foul, odious joke likening patriotic Americans' rallying for their country to practitioners of perverted sex. Both are rewarded for base, small minded conduct, and John Ziegler gets arrested for politely but firmly speaking his truth. For John, twas ever thus: He has been paying the price for truth most of his life. Just read his 2005 treatise on "The Death of Free Speech" to see how sublimely ridiculous it has all become.

I don't often ask for direction, especially since I have learned over the last year that our millions of petitions for redress, emails of concern, faxes to follow up and phone calls to flood switchboard now fall on deaf, dumb and often hostile ears, but in this case, I feel it no less than incumbent upon each and every one of us to contact the Annenberg School [Annenberg? Really?! Now, WHERE have we heard THAT name before...it is a Challenge indeed...Oh yes! Messers. AYERS and OBAMA have very close ties to that name, via the Woods Foundation...and a few other things... ;) ] ceaselessly and continuously with a solid barrage of H & I protesting the death of free speech, especially at the hands of a "School of Journalism & Communication."

GO TO IT!!!! Sic 'em Lulu! Please contact the Dean of the Annenberg School of Communications--ceaselessly. Especially if you are not in California, where you can be arrested for such things.
